We have obtained ancient Sichuan snub-nosed monkey data and would like to analyze it using HapNe. May I ask if this software is suitable, and what issues need to be considered during the usage process? Thank you!

The current pipeline has been developed with humans in mind, adapting it essentially boils down to changing the regions.txt files (src/hapne/regions_x.txt)
We are working on a new, improved version that will allow the analysis of any organism with a known genetic map.
