Description
Since all of the sections are now completed, I tried my hand at mocking up a landing page for the main text page. I may still want to make some changes to this; particularly a little bit of a finer review of the the descriptions of each page as some don't exactly make sense, or exaggerate the content available. But overall I think the appearance is decent and at least fills the void. A new component was created as well; PageLinkCard -- if we like it, maybe we implement it in more places for consistency.
