Campaign Map

• Overhauled the campaign minimap: faction territories now render as a crisp, crunchy and delicious political map with smooth borders matching the main map, instead of the old blurry alzheimer minecraft look. (RTW/M2TW)
• The minimap colour roles are: primary_colour which is the faction's land fill colour, secondary_colour is the faction borders colour, and a new (optional) tertiary_colour in descr_sm_factions after secondary_colour which is for the internal province borders (so you can restore the original look if you want). If you don't specify it it's a slight darken of the primary colour <3 (RTW/M2TW)
• Made the endturn times ~20-40x faster. (RTW/M2TW)
• New, shiny, HD terrain for Rome (RTW)

Battle

• Fixed the Radar Faction Colours setting not saving, it just reset to its default every time you quit. It persists across restarts now like the other options. (RTW/M2TW)
• Fixed unit cards turning invisible when you select multiple units and drag their cards in battle. The units were still there and clickable, just not drawn, leaving empty card slots with only the grabbed card showing. The same fix covers dragging multiple unit or character cards on the campaign map. (RTW/M2TW)
