[Bug] Dark mode text box during light mode embed side bar

Describe the bug
When in light mode, the text box in Prompts > Project Level Instructions appears to be in dark mode, only when panel is in Embed Sidebar mode.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Settings and select light mode
2. Open PaperDebugger panel in Embed Sidebar mode
3. Click Prompts
4. Scroll down

Expected behavior
The text box should be in light gray, not dark gray.

There're issues with text colors in Embed Sidebar mode too. I'll look at them together.
