Expected behavior
When a cactus grows and the new cactus block is next to a solid block, the new cactus block should break (as seen in automatic cactus farms)
Observed/Actual behavior
Sometimes, but not always, the new cactus block doesn't break, and remains next to the solid block.
Steps/models to reproduce
Place a cactus on sand, with a solid block two blocks above and one block to the side of the sand. Wait for the cactus to grow (increase randomTickSpeed gamerule to speed this up), and eventually it'll groww not break.
