About command /credit and /demo

Is it possible to modify command /demo and /credits output like changing its text and background ?

Maybe it can be modified by client resource pack

Let server send custom packet by using plugin, then client use mod to handle those packets.

a plugin can override any command and do its own stuff, yes.
however, those aren't vanilla commands in the first place?

In fact, I even have no idea about these commands, I tried vanilla server and single player game and didn't find these commands. I don't know where these commands from.

It is definitely not a Paper command either. Try using binary search to find out which plugin adds that command.

Oh, I knew now, this command is added by purpur, not paper, but I'm using purpur as a test, if I switch to paper, then this command exactly doesn't exist. Thank you
