Expected behavior

Opening the fence gate should make so the bees inside the hive "gets out" instantly.

Observed/Actual behavior

Bee's dont go out instant as it should in vanilla. They seem to get out after some random seconds instead of instant.

Steps/models to reproduce

See picture "Expected behavior".
Build a box with a bee hive in it. Have the fence gate closed when you put the hive down.
Open the fencegate and no bees get out of the hive. Reproduce in vanilla and see difference.

This was done intentionally in order to reduce the amount of exit attempts done by bees, in vanilla each bee will check if that fence gate block which doesn't seem great.

We should be adding a config option for this then I guess.
We can keep this off by default just for sanity's sake and just add it to the "vanilla-like configs" over at https://docs.papermc.io/paper/vanilla
Would suck to break some tech without a config to re-enable this, even if a large percentage won't require instant occupant releases.
