Timings crash

I copied it from the log as the server kept on crashing until it was killed, so a crash report wasn't generated. I had to paste it in 3 different pastebins as it is too big, I don't know if it is all necessary but there it is.

Actions to reproduce (if known):

I don't know. It randomly crashed after a player drowned. I usually turn timings on, but I don't know if they were still turned on after a server reset, as last time I turned them on was before I started the session that crashed. (I am assuming it is a timings crash as it is all over the report)

holograms is for some reason loading unloaded chunks in the unload event, (This is a bit of a risky concern, however, but bad behavior of plugins combined with mojangs expectation that chunks won't be loading chunks while they're unloading)

I knew there was something wrong with that plugin. It crashed one or two times, I thought it was because of the lag of the server (crappy host) but it was the plugin then. Already uninstalled. So, then not a Paper bug at all, is it? Maybe they could maybe fix that "mojang expectation" you mentioned, I don't know. Shall I close the issue?

2. Timings/lag issue
3. 1.14. Yeah.
4. No activity in over a year.
