TIMING_STACK_CORRUPTION from WorldBorder Fill Command

What behaviour is expected:

Worldborder plugin was executing "Fill" command.

What behaviour is observed:

TIMING_STACK_CORRUPTION and exception.

Steps/models to reproduce:

Unknown. WorldBorder continued Fill process where it left off after a manual server restart.

Plugin list:

plugins.txt

Paper build number:

"git-Paper-226 (MC: 1.15.2) (Implementing API version 1.15.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)"

Anything else:

WorldBorder had been running the Fill command for ~4.5 hours prior to error, and resumed normally after server restart. I saw no obvious indicators why the error happened when it did.
