tps becomes 0.0 and the server crashes

i have a survival server
average of 30 to 50 players playing
i don't use leak plugin
I bought

Tps goes down to around 0.0 and the server gets locked server doesn't turn off friends or doesn't give an error
Sometimes nothing happens for 2 days, sometimes 2 times in 1 hour
My server version:1.15.2 #335
gives such an error from the panel.
