Thanks for your PR, however, this is a verbatim copy of the Installing Plugins page of the CraftBukkit wiki.
For hopefully obvious reasons, this can't be accepted.
Feel free to reopen (also, see Machine Maker's comments), should this not be a 1:1 copy of content found elsewhere.
