[BUG] New chapter count badges not showing reliably

Describe the bug
Sometimes, when refreshing the library, changing sort orders, or doing other things, the new chapter count badges do not always show up. Often, if I scroll down and back up, they will appear, but they should show up from the beginning.

To Reproduce
Honestly not 100% sure how to reproduce this, but I think if you refresh the library and get new updates, then make those new updated series show at the top via sort order, the badges won't always show. Scrolling them out of view and then back into view usually fixes them, so you would need to have the badges be on series you can reach without scrolling. It may actually be that the badges don't refresh without scrolling them out of view. I've encountered this issue a fair amount, but I haven't narrowed down exact triggers. I'll try to pay more attention next time it happens.

The badges should always be up to date.

Ah, got some more detail on this. What happens is that changing the sort order doesn't refresh the badges. If you were to sort by update count descending, then scroll a full screen down and back up to refresh the badges, then change the sort order to ascending, the badges are in the same spots with the same numbers, despite the series under them being different. Scrolling down and back up will refresh the badges again.

It's possible that library refreshes may not update the badges either, but since the library refreshes aren't refreshing the sorting, new updates are not on top, so it's hard to tell. I have another issue in for that one.
