[FEATURE REQUEST] Add an option to auto clear the "NEW" status on chapters

Describe the feature

Currently the "NEW" status does not disappear unless you open the chapter or manually mark it as completed.

Some chapters with a "NEW" status will never be opened, examples:

• It could be a re-release of an older already completed chapter.
• The user could be adding a title to their library where they already had previous progress and thus not re-read those earlier chapters.

In these cases the user doesn't want to have to go and manually mark these chapters as completed every time that happens.

An opt-in setting to auto clear the "NEW" status on chapters after opening the title view could help with this. An alternative or supporting solution could be to add another opt-in setting to clear "NEW" statuses after X amount of time.

Feature Motivation

Could help with de-cluttering the library and chapter list UI and more accurately represent actual new chapters. Marking chapters as completed manually can be quite tedious.
