Ships #597: cloudflare expose verifies local tunnel creds (auto-recreate
if missing) and verifies the connector actually connects before claiming
success (#593); hub self-heals a dead SQLite handle (reopen-once-or-exit,
transient SQLITE_BUSY never fatal), /health gains a db-liveness field
threaded into the adoption probe, DB faults return structured 503 (#594).

Tag v0.6.5-rc.1 → npm dist-tag `rc`.
