[Win10] Installation Wizard cannot deal with SPACES in path(v13 Feather)

Expected Behavior

Installation completing successfully

Current Behavior

In the final steps of the installation, folders that are in a path that contains a space cannot be created.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the installer and use paths that contain spaces anywhere.

Possible Solution

Correctly escape/sanitize paths.
