Introduces message signature and signed timestamp fields to the messages table, enforces signature verification for broadcast channels, and updates API endpoints to handle signed messages. Includes a migration for the new columns, configuration for signature timestamp window, and version bumps.
Changed the signed_data format from JSON to a colon-separated string in message sending and management functions to align with expected signature verification input.
