.NET Standard error (ASB Transport)

Using the new .NET Standard ASB transport in SC 3.3.0, the following error occurs when creating an instance of ServiceControl:

Windows Server 2016, .Net 4.7.2 installed.

@markgould On the machine where you are seeing this error, can you check and see if netstandard.dll is in the GAC or not?

Looks like we'll need to push out a new release to include a few assemblies that were accidentally left out of the latest release.

It looks like the server in question hadn't been rebooted since .Net 4.7.2 was installed. It was not in the GAC, I rebooted, and then it was.

SC instance then installed correctly.

Thanks for the information. That confirms my suspicion as to what the problem is. Since we say we only require .NET Framework 4.6.1, we'll definitely need to ship a new version that will work if 4.6.1 is all you have installed.
