Infinite scroll on Failed-Messages screen no longer eagerly loads messages #762
Description
On first load of the failed messages screen, the infinite scroll loads once (as expected)
As soon as the user scrolled a little, the infinite scroll loaded a whole bunch more items.
This was due to the message list floating within its parent div which meant the parent technically had 0 height which triggered the infinite scroll loading.
Details of fix
Cleared the floating divs so that the parent has proper height
