Description of the problem being solved:

EDIT: The below has been fixed, but please review the changes. I used AI to fix 2 specific mods in the commit. And I believe the buckler/quarterstaff stuff works now. It better.

  • Quarterstaff and normal staff augments are too intertwined. There are some runes that apply to quarterstaff only, but setting the rune tag to "staff" applies to both spell and quarterstaff. Using "quarterstaff" or "warstaff" does not work either. ATM this PR has them set to quarterstaff, as we should try and fix it somewhere.
  • Theres also a rune that applies to bucklers/shields. This implies that the augments with shield tag would not apply to bucklers, but should be tested in game (or check trade, might not be reliable at this point tho).
