Added features:

  1. Startup utility to deploy root note (only development option)
  2. Admin panel used to manage the network (scale network, register applications, deploy applications, log monitoring)
  3. Cassandra authentication
  4. Client side authenticated cluster
  5. New session consistency implementation
  6. Various bug fixes
