Plugin id renamed from ai-sdk to ai-chat, with a migration that renames the
five tables in place and rewrites every permission grant on first boot.

Also carries the controller/service split (controllers 924 -> 427 lines,
ownership checks and priority derivation moved into services) and the
TypeScript deprecation fixes.
