Chat commands

Work in every chat (Telegram etc.) and in the terminal. Type them like messages.

Command	What it does
/help	list all commands
/status	model, privacy, thinking, token usage + cost
/new	start fresh (clears this chat's session)
/privacy ghost|session|recall	how much is remembered — Memory
/lean off|lean|grunt	answer style: normal → concise → maximum terse
/thinking off|low|medium|high	extended reasoning effort
/model NAME	switch model (opus, sonnet, gpt, gemini aliases work)
/models	live list from your provider
/usage	tokens + estimated cost
/pending, /approve ID, /deny ID	shell-command approvals — Security

While phoenix works you'll see a live note — 🔥 working… 🧰 shell — cargo test — that updates as tools run and disappears when the answer arrives.

Changes apply to that chat only and last until /new. Defaults live in the config (Configuration).
