Skills are markdown instruction packs that teach phoenix new procedures: no code, just clear instructions it follows.

phoenix skill search backup
phoenix skill install author/backup-buddy

Installed skills land in ~/.openphoenix/skills/ and load automatically. Write your own: create a folder with a SKILL.md describing when and how to act. If you can write a checklist, you can write a skill.
