Add support for 'Organizations' #543
Description
Basically, allowing accounts to share info with each other.
If you're the manager of an org, you can add others into the org. What this means is that wallets and buttons would be automatically pulled into accounts that have been added to that org.
There would be a little marker on the buttons and wallets that were pulled in indicating that it was done as part of them being in the org and not because somebody explicitly added it within their account.
We could do more later with permissions and such but just simply sharing stuff from one account into others is good enough for now.
If a button or wallet is deleted from the master / manager account, they would be removed from the other accounts in the org as well.

- Adding / removing wallets from an org (including it appearing in accounts of those who are also in the org)
- Org site view for invited members
- Org site editing for invited members
