Description

Brings back tests to be fully functional.
That means:

1. Failing tests are fixed
2. Unittests are added to the PR workflow
3. Test coverage should be working again
4. yarn docker test should work on the local env without having to modify .env.test

Test plan

Check the working status of the 4 fixes mentioned above.

1. Github tests should pass normally
2. This PR actions in github should include the unittests as a step
3. yarn docker tc
4. yarn docker test
