Rebranding changes. Xpring to RippleX except for GitHub URLs

Step 1 of rebranding process. loisrp-ripplex-private-urls has the GitHub URL changes.

Xpring -> RippleX
RippleX-JS, RippleX4j, RippleXKit are the new SDK names.

Built locally and viewed.
Future Tasks
loisrp-ripplex-private-urls will be tested and pushed when those changes are live.
