As a contributor, I want a contribution guide and benchmarks to validate PRs.

Acceptance Criteria

  • CONTRIBUTING.md with conventions, architecture, workflow
  • Reproducible benchmark suite (PE melt, PS glass, PS-b-PMMA morphology)
  • Automated comparison with LAMMPS on reference cases
