Added rotation section to the json-files

  • It will not overwrite, if there is information about rotation
  • If there isn't information, rotation section will be an empty list
  • No access (yet) to modify the rotation section through the UI
  • Responds to the selection of blocks and shows a non-informative text if rotation section is not empty, otherwise won't show anything
