Make the comunication as a Target #3
Description
The WebService Serial can be connect with the ADB, but it also communicate with arduino or ESP or other thing using the USB or IO pin.
The idea is to separe the Android dependence and create a Target interface that manages the initialization, connection and close
- Refactor to target
- Create a middleware to format the data is a good idea too. Example: Arduino has low memory
