`contentOffset={memoContentOffset}` causes reset scroll

### Feature request

`contentOffset={memoContentOffset}` causes a bug whenever the header size changes, the view scrolls back to the top. The header size can change when rotating the device or some UI change. 

### Current behavior

When header size changes, the view scrolls back to the top.
