This release enables background uploads and downloads in the browser, even if the tab/window is minimised. We've added bandwidth and time estimates to uploads and downloads and have a much cleaner Windows desktop app.

Server operators: We now require Java 25 for the use of virtual threads.

Flatpak is the recommended installation method for Linux: https://flatpak.peergos.org
