Document the auto-created source_prep/runs/ and output/ folders The source_prep/runs/.gitkeep and output/.gitkeep placeholders were dropped from the main repository (the data guard blocks anything in those folders). The empty drag-and-drop folders are now created on each computer instead. - Getting-Started: the build_env.sh step list says it creates the empty source_prep/runs/ and source_prep/output/ folders, and that git never tracks them because they hold private data. - Step-1: the message table uses the new prepare_source.py wording ("The folder source_prep/runs/ did not exist, so it was created (empty)") and says to copy the run files into source_prep/runs/.
