`DownloadsComponent` needs update to reflect client/server binary split

The DownloadsComponent component provides a table with clickable elements that guides users to the correct link for downloading the right binary for their system.

Since we recently split commands into separate client/server binaries, we should update this table to guide the users to the correct binary type.
