Wheels for Python 3.12 and 3.13

Hi Daniel,

thanks for conceiving this excellent package. We are using it in influxio and skeem, and found that binary wheels are missing for Python 3.12 and 3.13 on PyPI.

That's why installing it on the mentioned Python versions will need a compiler to install it properly:

• CI: Start verifying against Python 3.13 daq-tools/influxio#170
• Chore(deps): Bump python from 3.11-slim-bullseye to 3.12-slim-bullseye in /release/oci daq-tools/influxio#89
• Chore(deps): Bump python from 3.12-slim-bullseye to 3.13-slim-bullseye in /release/oci daq-tools/influxio#165
• Chore(deps): Bump python from 3.11-slim-bullseye to 3.13-slim-bullseye in /release/oci daq-tools/skeem#99
• Bump python from 3.11-slim-bookworm to 3.13-slim-bookworm in /release/oci crate/cratedb-toolkit#293

Is there anything you could do about it? It will be hugely appreciated!

NB: The only leftover item from the list of Dependabot patches shared above is daq-tools/influxio#165, which is now blocked by ciso8601.
