What's New

Hands-Free Mode

Say "initiate" to start recording — no button press needed. 3 seconds of silence auto-transcribes. Say "hold on" to interrupt TTS and start speaking. Uses on-device keyword detection (Apple Speech framework) for privacy.

Hold-to-Talk Mode

Hold your hotkey to record, release to transcribe. Instant and natural.

Three Voice Input Modes

Switch between Press-to-Talk, Hold-to-Talk, and Hands-Free from the menubar. Each mode adapts the hotkey behavior and UI indicators.

New Waveform Icon

Fresh gradient waveform app icon replacing the old design.

Other Improvements

  • Silence threshold configurable (1–10 sec, default 3)
  • Barge-in: interrupt TTS by pressing hotkey or saying "hold on"
  • TTS auto-mutes during active recording
  • Ambient noise calibration on mode switch
