This was just another thing to remember, which we apparently forgot for 0.2.0 and 0.3.0, which does not add enough value.

I thought it was basically frozen and that this was a new feature but I am fine with either. |
Use the PG_MODULE_MAGIC_EXT to add metadata to the module. When the OAuth validator is loaded people can see which version of the library was used the pg_get_loaded_modules() function.

When the OAuth validator is loaded people can see which version of the library was loaded using the
pg_get_loaded_modules()function.I just set the version to
0.3.01.0.0, not sure that is correct.
