Continuation of the v0.5.825 stability checkpoint. Adds fixes for the broken Tests workflow on main: cargo fmt drift, api-docs drift, parity known_failures.json catch-up (47 entries), compile-smoke SKIP_TESTS list. Verifies the Tests workflow can go green at this state. See CHANGELOG.md for per-version detail v0.5.826 → v0.5.832.
