v0.5.841 — pre-flight checkpoint (lint regression catch-up + msg_send! comma fix)

Adds three more CI gate fixes on top of v0.5.840. v0.5.840 had: lint/cargo-test/parity/harmonyos/api-docs-drift ✓; doc-tests/compile-smoke ✗. This iteration: cargo-fmt fixes lint regression in array.rs:1790; adds the comma between msg_send! keyword args in audio_playback.rs (broke perry-ui-macos build on CI's newer rustc, which cascaded into all 3 doc-tests OS variants); 4 more test_parity_* SKIP_TESTS entries (sys/test/timers/timers_promises).
