Long-standing bug: if the saved image is too large, parts of it will be cut-off (browser limitation?)

There seems to be a thing, where a canvas or saved image may only have a resolution of up to 8192x8192. Should one of the dimensions exceed this, the remains will be cut off and be replaced with black.
