HeCalc Version 0.1.1

This release has very minor updates to the code base to bring some strings in the GUI into alignment and to fix some versioning discrepancies. The big new feature is the inclusion of an executable with the release that will run on windows. A bundled version of HeCalc for mac is coming soon!

As with the previous release, version 0.1.1 is in alpha. The statistical portions of the software consistently yield the correct outputs, but unexpected bugs may cause crashes, particularly for running the GUI.
