Background
The current structure of project is set up so that projects must be configured using the CLI before you're able to interact with it from Slack. This makes it impossible to initiate new projects from slack.
I want to be able to take a project idea, create a repository in github remotely and begin working on the idea.
Changes
Slack channel name that has yet to map to a configured repository, we will create a remote repository in the user's github account and begin work on a fresh repository.
