Khala Network Runtime v1210 is a new Khala runtime and client release with the following features:

• Bug fixes in Stake Pool v2 and Vault
• Bug fixes in RMRK Marketplace
• Upgrade upstream substrate (Polkadot v0.9.39) with database stability improvements
