I have recently processed Galactic centre data through the pipeline and realised that the code assumes that all input files use a common (R.A., Dec.) coordinate system. In my case the input data was in Galactic units, so gal. longitude and latitude.
I suggest we add a feature to convert any coordinate system of the input files to a common coordinate system (i.e. R.A., Dec.), or even a add a keyword with the target coordinate system, or use the overlay as the reference.
