Description:

Setting Grinding.Sound=(Any Sound) breaks Ares' ReverseEngineersVictims logic.

Phobos Build:

Build 27

Conditions:

Ares required for ReverseEngineering logic

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Give a building Grinding=yes, Grinding.Sound=SomeSound and ReverseEngineersVictims=yes
  2. Send an eligible unit into the building
  3. Check if you can build the techno

Expected Behaviour:

A building with Grinding=yes, Grinding.Sound=Something and ReverseEngineersVictims=yes should result in units sent into the building to become buildable if they were not beforehand and are not disallowed from being reversed.

Actual Behaviour:

Units sent into a building with Grinding=yes, Grinding.Sound=Something and ReverseEngineersVictims=yes results in the grinding happening but the unit doesn't become buildable.
