Rework low exposure modes #480
Description
Per discord - it is not assumed that auto exposure and auto white balance are desireable for all cameras.
Roll back an assumption of controlling the exposure modes from the pipeline, and add explicit UI controls
Add additional documentation to ensure folks have resources on how to make decisions on how to set the controls
