KYC status change + second migration stuck after first successful mainnet migration (3–4 years unresolved)

Hello Core Team,
I am requesting assistance regarding a long-standing issue affecting my account migration process.
Account status summary:

1. My KYC was initially marked as completed (green status), which enabled my first mainnet migration.
2. I successfully completed my first coin migration to my wallet approximately 3 years ago.
3. After this successful migration, my account entered the expected remaining migration phase.

Current issue:

1. Sometime after the first migration, my KYC status changed from “completed (green)” to “tentative (yellow)”.
2. This status has remained unchanged for approximately 3 to 4 years.
3. Since this change, the second migration has not progressed or been executed, despite the first migration already being completed successfully.

Clarification needed:

1. Kindly clarify the process required to revert my KYC status back to green in order to enable and complete my pending migration.
2. I would appreciate clarification on the following:Why my KYC status changed from completed (green) to tentative after successful first migration
3. Whether this status change is preventing the second migration from proceeding
4. Why the second migration has remained pending for approximately 3–4 years

What steps are required to restore full KYC status and complete the remaining migration process
