Description

Reinstall R6 with new value of 1K.
Update R17 to 1K.
Remove R20.
Remove D3.

What does this PR do?

Reinstall R6 with new value of 1K.
Update R17 to 1K.
Remove R20.
Remove D3.

Why is this change needed?

Updates V3 control range, prevents potential fault condition that breaks devices.
