KiOS | Kernel-Integrated Operating System

Overview

KiOS is a hardened, Arch Linux-based operating system engineered for security, high-performance, and absolute user autonomy. It bridges the gap between the rigid, user-friendly security posture of macOS and the offensive technical capabilities of Parrot OS, stripped of unnecessary abstractions to grant you full, unhindered control.

Core Philosophy

  • Security by Design: Hardened kernel configurations and minimal attack surface.
  • Offensive Readiness: Pre-configured suite of auditing and penetration testing tools, tailored for real-world research.
  • User Sovereignty: No telemetry, no forced updates, and no proprietary lock-in. Your environment, your rules.

Technical Specifications

  • Base: Arch Linux (Rolling release).
  • Security Model: Hardened kernel implementation with custom access control policies.
  • Automation: Integrated Python-based toolsets for rapid provisioning and system-level localization.
  • Optimization: Lean build process aimed at low-latency performance and high throughput for resource-heavy tasks.

Project Status

⚠️ Status: Under Development The core architecture is currently being finalized. The OS build will be available for release upon the successful completion of the core development phase.

“Full control is not just a feature; it is a necessity.”
