docs(v5): add Autonomy + Orchestration-and-Subagents, link from Home/Sidebar/Agents/Pipeline Document the v5 direction: intake stage, resolve-mark-proceed, gated autonomy (humans on the loop), and orchestrator + leaf-subagent topology with the adversarial writer/critic split.
