PikaReader4Pi

Introduction

PikaReader4Pi is a python based script that links the RasberryPi's buttons, LEDs and LCD with a local PikaReader instance

The reference implementation described below will allow you to build a standalone reader with a self-contained battery based power system, an isolated RFID Reader, and a GPS based time sync. All chip reads are stored on the SD card and the system, allowing for both offline usage where the data is recorded for later use, or live mode where the data is streamed to the local timing application in realtime as participants cross the timing mats.
